TERms & conditions
GENERAL
- Any and all commissions will be done in my own style; please ensure this is what you want.
- I reserve the right to decline any requested commission.PAYMENT
- All prices listed are in USD (US Dollars).
- Payment is to be made via PayPal. A PayPal link will be sent to upon acceptance and confirmation of your commission.
- Orders $50 and under are to be paid in full upfront.
- Orders above $50 will require an initial deposit of 50% of the total price. The remaining 50% will be collected before finalized work is sent out.REFUNDS/CANCELLATION
- I, the artist, reserve the right to terminate your commission at any given time. A full refund will be issued upon cancellation of commission.
- No refunds. Aside from cancellation on my end, under no circumstances will refunds be issued once payment has been made.COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICIES
- I remain the rightful owner of produced work.
- I reserve the right to use commissioned work for promotional purposes (e.g. public posting, portfolio etc.)
- Should you publicly post commissioned work, credit is to be made to the artist (THAT'S ME).
- By default, commissioned work is not to be used commercially. An additional charge will be applied if the commissioned work is intended for commercial use.DO NOT:
- Use commissioned artwork for commercial purposes without the purchase of commercial licensing fee.
- Remove any existing watermark or signature from commissioned work.
- Claim credit for commissioned work as your own.
- Alter or reproduce commissioned work without express consent from the artist.
- Spam your commission request. It may take me some time to get to your order, please be patient.
- Haggle. Prices listed are non-negotiable. Any attempt to haggle will immediately incur an additional haggling fee, equivalent to 20% of the given commission.

YOUR ORDER:
Contact me through any of the given channels with the following information:
- Commission Type: Emote/Animated Emote/Custom Illustration etc. along with amount.
- Description: A brief description of what you're looking for. Be as specific as you need to be.
- References: Color palettes, mood boards, specific clothing/expressions/details etc. If no description or reference is provided for a given piece, I will proceed with it based on my own vision.WORK IN PROGRESS:
- Once your order has been confirmed and necessary payment has been made, I will sketch out your requested pieces.
- Sketches will be sent to you for review. Major changes are accepted at this stage.
- With sketches approved, I will proceed to line and color. A sample may be provided at this point for review. Minor changes are accepted at this stage.
- Watermarked versions of finalized work will be sent to you for review. Minor adjustments are accepted at this stage. Requesting any major change at this stage will incur an additional cost.
- Watermarks will be removed upon fulfilment of any remaining charges, and the final works will be sent to you via Google Drive.
- Commission completion time depends on the size of your order, but generally lies between 1-3 weeks.

sub/bit badges
Delivered as 500 x 500 .PNGs$15 per unique design$3 per recolorEach unique badge design costs $15. Recolors of that same design cost $3 per color in addition to the $15 for the original badge design.

This will NOT be a high quality drawing. This will be a cute, fun, rough sketch.

PRICE ON REQUESTIf you're interested in getting something not listed here (chibis, character portraits, wallpapers etc.), contact me through any of the given channels and we can discuss your request. Price will be decided after ascertaining the complexity of your request. Don't be shy!
